TruRout rewards riders for every trip they take. The more you ride, the higher your tier — and the closer you get to a free ride on us.
Every 10th trip is on us
Every 10th trip you complete earns you a free-ride credit.
- Covers the full fare of that trip, up to LKR 500
- Applied automatically on your next booking — no code needed
- Valid for 60 days from the day it's issued
- Counts your lifetime trips — it never resets
Example: Complete trips 1 through 9. On trip 10, a free-ride credit worth up to LKR 500 lands in your account. On trip 20, you earn another one — and so on.
Your tier grows with every ride
Your tier is determined by how many trips you complete within your personal 12-month cycle — a rolling year that starts from your very first TruRout ride.
How the cycle works
- Your cycle starts the day you take your first trip and runs for exactly 12 months
- On your TruRout anniversary, the cycle resets and you begin again from zero
- Every rider gets the same full 12-month window regardless of when they join
- Your lifetime trip count (used for free-ride milestones) never resets
The app always shows you exactly how many rides you need to reach the next tier, so you always know where you stand.
